PROTO TOOLS & PARTS MANUFACTURING
For small scale production we make proto tools of better quality required by our customers to trial & test their products.
We also manufacture parts for proto tools required for running of the tools smoothly & efficiently.
ECN CHANGES
After tool project completion if there is any changes come in the design of the seat product, we support ECN changes with additional cost depends upon the intensity of the changes required without affecting the current tool thickness & profile otherwise if there is too many changes then we purpose our customer for new tool development.
MOULD 3D SCANNING
Every single product that leaves out factory comes with a 3d dimensional report the certifies the superior quality of products.
We check every casting by overlapping 3d data with 3d scan data together to point out any deviation or differences shown on heat map.
Compared to other methods 3D scan is much quicker and offers a higher level of precision.
SPARE PARTS & ACCESSORIES
To keep the tool running smoothly we have wide range of genuine spare parts & high-quality accessories.
If you need replacement or new parts regarding running the tools we provide full assistance whether it is cylinder parts, accessories of child parts, toggles, hinges, magnets etc.
MOULD REPAIRING
We provide assistance in repairing of the mould if required.
It involves various factors of repairing which we identify and send our person to help or take the tool inhouse for repair depends upon degree or state of repair.
MOULD INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING
If our customers ask for installation of tools at their end by ourself then we also offer this service with installation costs and we do the job as per their requirement.
It also includes relocation & installation of tools from one plant to another according to their carrier needs.
