Established in 1994 as Industries, we started as a small manufacturing company with foundry facilities and expertise as well as aluminium foaming tools for small components.
After 30+ years of experience, we would say that we have become one of the main PU mould manufacturing companies in India.
We have then shifted to Gurgaon, India in 2016 and established ourselves as Reviva Tooling Systems as an assembly and manufacturing plant in IMT Manesar, Gurgaon, and one plant in Bhiwadi.
From past 30+ years as mould manufacturers, we have been scaling steadily by enhancing our workspace with new technologies and modern CNC machining.

Once a person contact us our professional program management team helps through the processes like tool quotations, analyse the feasibility of the 3D data provide by customer, providing them a roadmap from tool design to the dispatch date of their products.

PRODUCTION TEAM
Behind every successful product or a company is a production team that transforms concepts into stable, scalable, and high quality solutions.Our production team is built on precision & technical excellence with collaboration with our QA Engineers from receiveing of casting to the completion of final end product.Received casted moulds are machined on CNC which are constantly supervise by our operators to make sure all things are under controlled so that no hazards could happen.After machining our production team gives the final touches like polishing blue matching and installation of spare parts required by customers before it go for trial for producing foam samples & looking out all things are working perfectly according to customer’s production line.
QUALITY TEAM
Our quality team is involved from the earliest stages of developement from the making of mould foundry pattern to the dispatch of the product.
Over the past period, the team has achieved significant quality improvements through a strong focus on process optimization, defect prevention and continous monitoring during machining of the mould.
By identifying improvement oppotunities, implementing corrective and preventive actions & collaborating closely with production teams to helm them in enhancing product quality whilw reducing process variations.
Deep checks are performed on every product to analyse the current situation and determine the final quality. All trial foam parts are scanned and go through the analysis software to provide the efficient report to the customers.
All products are tested on dimensional & hardness gauges and reports are sent to customers for better transparency.
Our Machines
We have an advanced CNC machining for high precision aluminium moulds. We manufacture precision aluminium moulds for foaming tools with exceptional accuracy, consistent quality and reliable delivery.
Our extensive CNC machining facility enables us to produce complex aluminium foaming moulds quickly and accurately, helping customers reduce lead times while maintaining world class quality from prototype developement to high volume production.
We also try to focus on personnel training so that all our machines are harnessed and could be run on their full potential so that we can deliver what we promise to our customer i.e., a good quality precision tool with on time delivery.
