FOAM CHECKING & DIMENSIONAL FIXTURES

We design and manufacture precision inspection fixtures for polyurethane foam components used in automotive seating applications. Our dimensional checking fixtures ensure accurate verification of foam part geometry, profile, contours, mounting features, and critical dimensions as per OEM and customer specifications.

We use PC (Polycarbonate), MDF hard board & also Aluminium templates material accoding to the need of the customer,and for hardness we use materials like MDF board, Shiba wood etc.

Our hardness fixtures are developed for reliable and repeatable hardness measurement of polyurethane foam parts, helping maintain consistency in comfort, performance, and quality standards. These fixtures support efficient inspection processes, reduce variation, and enable better control during production.
