With 30+ years of experience after making moulds for almost three decades we can say that we are highly specialize in the design & manufacturing of polyurethane aluminium moulds.

The polyurethane foaming process is ver simple, the liquid polyurethane is poured in an open cast through pouring maching with desired ratio of ISO & POLY to achieve required density foam then the cast is closed for the material to flow,expand and set according to the desired mould shape.

We make aluminium mould direct from blocks for smaller parts & generally from forged casting. In both the cases we prefer only top-tier precision so that our molds stand out all the odds.

Our quality aluminium moulds are well kmown by our customers which are doing business with us for a very long time. Our regular as well as proto tools both are made with high degree precision using fine grade materials and nothing will be altered when it comes to duplicate or copy tools.

Every mould has to go through quality checks, finishing ,assembly parts to the carrier for blue matching and to produce one sample part for us to read the tolerances specified by the customers.

Every mould has to go throgh 3D scanning & dimensional reports are prepared accoding to customer tolerances perfectly compliant with their specifications.
